Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking to fill a healthcare administration and patient service role in Singapore. You will be the main point of contact for patients, handling registration, appointments, and enquiries, while supporting daily clinic operations.

Structured training and guidance will be provided to develop your skills in healthcare administration and patient support, with opportunities to work closely with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth patient experiences.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Levels, A-Levels, Diploma or higher qualifications.
• Interest in healthcare or administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments, and enquiries.
• Register patients and ensure accurate personal and appointment data.
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments for efficient operations.
• Handle calls and enquiries, directing to the right team.
• Perform data entry and maintain patient records in healthcare systems.
• Provide admin support to doctors, nurses and other staff.
• Assist with basic patient care-related tasks under supervision.
• Handle patient information confidentially and professionally.
• Support general clinic administration and other duties as required.
