Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Contract-to-Perm Patient Service Officer in Singapore. The role involves managing patient appointments, billing, and records, with responsibilities spanning from reception to clinical support and audit compliance.

You will handle inquiries via phone, online, and in person, ensure accurate registrations, and support service recovery efforts. A 5-day week, 42 hours, and rotation shifts are required, with potential transition to permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum NOA level requirement.
• 1–2 years of working experience.
• Prior healthcare or hospitality experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, including coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services.
• Attend to phone, online and walk-in enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Perform patient registration and ensure accurate records management.
• Handle billing, payments and third‑party claims accurately.
• Prepare and manage corporate billing and monthly invoicing.
• Identify and elevate urgent medical cases promptly to clinical staff.
• Address patient feedback and support service recovery efforts.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, internal policies and audit requirements.
• Provide administrative support, including reporting, filing and inventory coordination.
