CLEARSK HEALTHCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Patient Service Officer to ensure smooth clinic operations, manage appointments, and deliver excellent patient care across our medi-aesthetic centres in Singapore.

You will coordinate with doctors, handle pre- and post-treatment tasks, maintain stock and SOP compliance, and support Mandarin-speaking patients. A healthcare or customer service background and English plus Mandarin are preferred.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is required to serve Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Comfortable with electronic payment systems and clinic processes.
• Knowledge of stock management and inventory handling is a plus.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask across tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Book appointments and manage patient flow, including follow-ups.
• Support check-in, queue management and daily clinic operations.
• Assist with pre-treatment admin, patient profiling and documentation.
• Maintain notices, promotional displays and SOP compliance.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for daily treatments.
