Qualifications

• GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, Diploma or other relevant qualifications.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, patient-facing roles or administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-focused attitude.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage routine admin tasks.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with registration, appointments and enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process patient registrations and ensure accurate data entry in relevant systems.
• Arrange and coordinate appointments and maintain an organised daily schedule.
• Respond to telephone calls and patient enquiries, providing information or referrals as needed.
• Perform routine data entry and maintain patient information and admin records.
• Provide clerical assistance to doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
• Assist with basic patient-support activities under supervision.
• Handle personal and medical information with confidentiality.
• Support general clinic administration and documentation as assigned.
