Job summary

SingHealth Polyclinics is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Associate Executive (PSAE) to support clinic operations through backend administrative tasks. You will handle appointment scheduling, patient follow-up, SOC referrals, data collation, and cross-cover duties as needed.

The role requires a Diploma in any discipline, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer literacy. Fresh graduates are welcome, with half-day Saturday work as part of the schedule.
