Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a compassionate patient service team member in Singapore. The role covers receptionist and cashiering duties, data entry into the clinic system, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle phone calls, coordinate appointments, assist during examinations, and manage insurance claim processes in a fast-paced clinic environment. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a clinic setting and customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic support software (Plato).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide receptionist and cashiering duties
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into the clinic management system
• Carry a high level of customer service
• Attend to phone calls, coordinate appointments, and other administrative duties
• Assist and chaperone for examinations
• Experienced and efficient with insurance claim processes

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A/O qualification
• Experience in a clinic setting and customer service will be advantageous
