Job summary

ASSURE HEALTHCARE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. (Singapore) is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and provide excellent patient-care assistance.

You will handle registrations, appointments, reminders, and front-desk inquiries while upholding service standards. You will assist with basic procedures, prepare medications for doctor review, and help manage payments, insurance claims, and patient records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Familiarity with clinic operations.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to busy clinic settings.
• Experience with insurance/Medisave claims is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patient registration in the clinic, scheduling of patients' appointments including sending reminders
• Answering phone/SMS and email queries promptly
• Handle payments and prepare submissions of TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations
• Preparing patients' medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication
• Assist in performing simple in-clinic procedures such as ECG and nebulizer treatments (training will be provided)
• Assist doctor during consultations / chaperone duties
• Handle 1st level patients' complaints
• Maintain and update all patients' records in accordance with standard guidelines
• Assist in the daily running of the clinic and the upkeep of the clinic
• Manage medication, consumables and equipment including replenishment and housekeeping

About you

• Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC
• Familiarity with clinic operations
• Keen service attitude towards customer care and learning
• Ability to work in a team dependably
• Ability to commit to work on Monday Evening and Saturday Mornings
• 5.5 days (44 hours) week (Weekday + 1 Weekend). No overnight shifts
• Prior experience as an enrolled nurse (preferred)
• Experience in hospital/ medical clinic operation/front desk duties (preferred)
• Experience in submission of insurance and Medisave claims (preferred)
• Familiarity with the usage of Plato CMS (preferred)
