Job summary

MEDIVINE PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our patient-focused GP clinic. You will handle phone calls, register patients, schedule appointments, and assist doctors during consultations.

This role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer literacy is required to handle registrations and payments.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and support the team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Register patients and assist with front desk duties.
• Chaperone the doctor during consultations when required.
• Assist the doctor with basic clinical procedures.
• Dispense medication according to the doctor's instructions.
• Process payments and submit insurance/Medisave/CHAS claims.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
• Perform other administrative and clinical duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
