Job summary

SingHealth Community Hospitals in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support HR operations and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR services delivery. You will handle HR business partnering, recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and exit management, while monitoring expiring contracts and maintaining personnel records in HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably HR, business administration, or related field).
• Experience in HR operations/administration is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and learning attitude.
• Customer-focused, resourceful, meticulous, organized, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operations support and partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR services.
• Involve in recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and exit management.
• Monitor expiring contracts and renew practising certificates; maintain HRIS records.
• Support HRIS initiatives and other duties assigned by supervisors.

Job description

You will support the HR operations within SingHealth Community Hospitals and play a vital role in partnering with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services.

Your responsibilities will include HR business partnering, recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, exit management and the implementation of HRIS-related initiatives. You will also monitor expiring contracts, renew practising certificates, maintain personnel records in HRIS, as well as support any other HR duties that may be assigned by your supervisor(s).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations or HR administration would be advantageous.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and a keen learning attitude.
• Customer-focused, resourceful, meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
• Strong in written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
