Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Administrator to support a specialist urology clinic in Singapore. You will greet patients at the reception, manage registration and appointment scheduling, and ensure accurate entry of clinical records in the computer system.

You will assist with billing inquiries, liaise with insurance on claims, and help maintain confidential patient documentation while upholding a professional, patient-focused attitude in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a healthcare or clinic setting will be an advantage.
• Staff Nurses and Enrolled Nurses must possess nursing qualifications and valid Singapore Nursing Board registration.
• Clinic assistants should have good communication, administrative and patient service skills.
• Familiarity with Plato Clinic will be an advantage.
• Ability to handle patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Good interpersonal skills and a patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patients at the reception counter and manage registration.
• Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate patient visits.
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of clinical records in the computer system.
• Provide basic patient care and assistance where required, according to training and qualifications.
• Maintain proper filing systems and patient documentation.
• Liaise with insurance companies on claims, coverage and related matters.
• Assist with payment arrangements and billing enquiries.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Maintain a professional and caring approach when attending to patients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or attending doctor.
