Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Clinic Assistant/Patient Service Associate to perform receptionist duties at the front counter and ensure accurate clinical data entry. You will coordinate appointments, liaise with insurance providers, and assist with basic patient care under supervision.

Qualifications

• Min N Levels/O Levels/NITEC/A Levels/Dip
• Min 2 to 3 years of Clinic assistant / Patient Service Associate experience

Responsibilities

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
• Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
