Job summary

PRECISION MEDICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a front-of-house and administrative support to help run a busy clinic smoothly.

You will greet patients, confirm identities, manage appointments, register new patients, and assist with billing and insurance claims while ensuring accurate records. You will also prepare and tidy consultation rooms, operate the uroflowmetry machine under supervision, and handle patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.

Qualifications

Minimum qualification: GCE O-Level/N-Level or a healthcare support certificate.
Experience in a specialist clinic is preferred (urology, general surgery, nephrology).
Proficient with clinical equipment and data entry in clinic systems.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, verify identity and update medical records.
Manage appointment scheduling, register new patients, and process billing/claims.
Prepare and tidy consultation rooms between visits, ensuring hygiene and supplies.
Operate and maintain the uroflowmetry machine and guide patients through the procedure.
Label and dispense medications under supervision following clinic protocols.
Respond to patient inquiries via phone and WhatsApp during office hours.
Monitor urgent WhatsApp messages after hours on a rostered basis for bookings and follow-ups.
