• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
• Comfortable in a patient-facing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with registrations, appointments and enquiries.
• Process registrations and enter demographics and appointment details accurately.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain an organised daily schedule.
• Answer phone calls and patient enquiries and refer as needed.
• Perform routine data entry and maintain patient records.
• Provide clerical support to doctors, nurses and staff.
• Assist with basic patient-support activities under supervision.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Support clinic administration and related operational activities.
