• Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the counter services.
• Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assists with clarifications.
• Assists in checking in and billing of patients accurately.
• Assists with doctors' requests relating to patients' management.
• Ensures that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely.
• Provides financial counselling to selected patients.
• Ensure stocks at cashier counter and stationeries are well stocked.
• Monitor clinic queue, consultation waiting time and intervene with service recovery.
• Assists in clinic surveys with PR department.
