National Skin Centre Singapore is seeking a friendly front desk professional to support daily clinic operations. You will handle patient enquiries, registrations, and billing with accuracy, and assist doctors' requests to ensure smooth clinic flow.

This role requires at least 1 year of frontline customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office. GCE N-Level or higher is acceptable. Join a busy healthcare setting and help patients navigate appointments and Medisave processes.

Formación

• GCE 'N' Level and above
• At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinic counter operations for smooth and efficient running
• Attend to patients' enquiries, provide directions and clarifications
