Job summary

Singapore Physio Spine and Pelvis Clinic is seeking a friendly Clinic Receptionist/Clinic Assistant to be the first point of contact for patients and support day-to-day clinic operations in Singapore.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills, with experience in a clinic or healthcare setting. This full-time role offers a supportive team and training on clinic systems, in a central location in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the clinic reception
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, and email)
• Handle patient check-in and payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
• Assist physiotherapists with basic clinic administrative tasks
• Ensure the reception area and clinic environment remain welcoming and organised
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
