SPINAL REHAB CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic front desk and administrative team member in Singapore to manage patient flow, bookings and general clinic operations. You will assist doctors and therapists, respond to inquiries, and help educate clients on services and packages.

The role emphasizes customer service, meticulous records, and reliable attendance, with potential weekend shifts and opportunities to contribute to health and wellness initiatives in the clinic.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive disposition.
• Passionate about customer service and patient engagement.
• Energetic, independent, dynamic and self-motivated personality.
• Interest in health and wellness care; willingness to learn.
• Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures; reliable and punctual.
• Experience in clinic/healthcare setting preferred; rehab/massage knowledge bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical front desk, administration and daily clinic operations.
• Assist Doctor/Physical Therapist with patient flow and scheduling.
• Handle bookings, inquiries via phone/WhatsApp; respond promptly.
• Educate potential patients on services and packages.
• Maintain client database and documentation; process invoices and daily sales reports.
• Support corporate events or in-clinic activities as needed.
