Job summary

Parkway Shenton, part of IHH Healthcare, seeks a Patient Service Officer to deliver frontline service across Singapore clinics. You will greet walk-in patients, register and schedule appointments, handle billing and payments, and assist doctors with routine tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

We value basic IT skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires staggered hours and a 5.5-day work week, with coverage across clinics when needed.

Qualifications

• Possess relevant frontline customer service experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit staggered working hours, depending on the clinic's operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in patients, registration and schedule appointments.
• Process billing, payments and claims; and dispense medications.
• Provide support to Doctors; chaperon duties and explain procedures to patients.
• Maintain patients’ records and drug inventory level.
• Assist in submission of medical reports and claims (TPA, CHAS, Medisave).
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and assist in coverage at other clinics when needed.
