Job summary

PeopleSolve is hiring a Patient Service Officer in North East Singapore to join a busy healthcare team. You will attend to patient enquiries, update registrations, and help schedule appointments while assisting clinicians as needed.

You will also collate laboratory and radiology results, manage daily billing, and ensure accurate transactions with timely closing of accounts, in a rotating-shift environment within a Singapore clinic.

Qualifications

• Have passion in healthcare and keen to learn.
• Driven, dedicated and willing to serve.
• PC/Computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.
• Assist in making appointments for the patients.
• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors review and follow up.
• Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
