Job summary

Parkway Shenton is a leading primary healthcare network in Singapore seeking an operations-focused professional to oversee day-to-day clinic operations and HQ backend administration.

You will work with Clinic Assist Software (CAS) systems, MOH reporting, and support licensing, accreditation, and data reporting for HSG programmes. This role also supports clinic expansion and sustainability initiatives and works with multiple departments to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Degree in any field.
• Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, clinic operations, or front-line service roles is a plus.
• Strong patient-centric mindset and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and HQ backend administration.

• Support licensing and accreditation processes (CHAS, MediSave, etc).
• Review licensing adherence for new services and doctors.
• Manage monthly data reporting under HSG programmes.
• Oversee SFMC and FMA clinics with executive support.

With more than 40 clinics strategically located across Singapore, Parkway Shenton provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including general practitioner consultations, health screenings, chronic disease management, vaccinations, occupational health services, and preventive healthcare.

Jobscope:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and HQ backend administration for operational units, especially PCN and HSG programmes.
• Provide expertise for Clinic Assist Software (CAS) systems, including enhancements and implementation to adhere to MOH reporting requirements and support day-to-day SMG / SFMC / FMA operations.
• Support HCSA licensing, Govt programs accreditations (CHAS, MediSave, etc), and TPA onboarding, and review adherence to licensing requirements for new services and doctors who may be included into the PSPL’s menu of services.
• Manage monthly data reporting under HSG programmes by navigating CAS, tracking and identifying data gaps in required reports.
• Oversee the SFMC and FMA clinics, supported by executive.
• Collaborate with other departments to support day-to-day clinic operations.
• Assist in sustainability initiatives.
• Assist management in ad-hoc duties to support and enhance clinics' operations and service offerings.
• Support the clinics' expansion & renovation works.

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, clinic operations, or front-line service roles will be an advantage.
