Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality or service environments.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Confidence using computer systems and digital platforms.
• Professional presentation and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage front-of-house operations, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, respected and well cared for.
• Handle calls, emails and business messaging confidently while coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and disciplines.
• Maintain precise appointment scheduling, documentation and patient records within clinic systems.
• Process payments accurately, including high-value transactions and insurance-related matters, ensuring accountability and reconciliation.
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, stock management, procurement coordination and overall clinic readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional clinical environment aligned with healthcare and safety standards.
