Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, hospitality or service environments.
• Able to work independently with sound judgement.

• Comfort with computer systems and digital platforms.
• Professional presentation and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage front-of-house operations and ensure patients feel welcomed.
• Handle calls, emails and messages; coordinate practitioner schedules.
• Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and patient records.
• Process payments, including insurance-related matters and reconciliations.
• Oversee daily opening/closing, stock management and procurement.
• Keep clinic environment clean, organized and compliant with standards.
