Job summary

Raffles Medical Group is seeking a Clinic Operations Executive to support the day-to-day administration and operations of our clinics in Singapore. The role will work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient experience and efficient service delivery.

The incumbent will help implement operational plans, review workflows, and assist with billing, documentation, and service development in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant healthcare/clinic/hospital operations experience is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist in implementing operational plans to meet service, operational and financial objectives.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Review and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and quality of service.
• Ensure accurate billing, proper documentation, and timely collection of payments.
• Support development of clinic services and programmes.
• Conduct basic market research and assist in pricing reviews.
• Assist in marketing materials and promotional activities for clinic services.
• Monitor use of clinic resources including manpower, supplies and equipment.
• Handle patient feedback and follow-up actions; promote teamwork and good working relationships.
• Support implementation of policies, procedures and service standards.
• Assist with administrative duties, reports and other operational matters.
• Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.
