Responsibilities

• Manage patient feedback and ensure timely case resolution.
• Investigate service issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Draft professional responses to patients and stakeholders.
• Analyse feedback trends and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate patient experience and service excellence initiatives.
• Conduct surveys, focus groups, programmes and events.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for management.
