Job summary

National Healthcare Group Pte Ltd. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to assist patients at polyclinics, guiding them through registration, appointments, and billing while resolving queries and enhancing the overall patient experience.

You will promote health services and programmes, provide clear information, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery in a busy polyclinic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification required.
• Good communication in English and a local language/dialect.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to commit to 5.5-day work week (Mon-Sat).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients at service touch points and help navigate healthcare systems.
• Attend to queries and resolve challenges for patients.
• Promote and educate health services/programmes to patients.
• Facilitate patient registration, appointment making, and billing processes.
