QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Patch Management & IT Operations professional in Singapore to oversee weekly accelerated patching cycles, urgent 3-day patches, and cross-team coordination across Infrastructure, Network, Middleware, Applications and Security.

The role includes governance, documentation, and BAU handover. Responsibilities cover scope confirmation, readiness, testing, deployment, verification, and closure, with a focus on minimizing risk and ensuring timely patch

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating weekly accelerated patching cycles and urgent patching activities.
• Familiar with CRQ readiness, VRAs and risk acceptances.
• Knowledge of SOPs, escalation paths and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of weekly accelerated patching cycles and urgent 3-day patching activities.
• Oversee patching cycles from scope confirmation through deployment and closure.
• Maintain cycle plans, RACI, action trackers and escalation status.
• Coordinate patching readiness across multiple IT and security teams.
• Track patch scope, readiness, approved risk acceptances and rollback activities.
• Support scheduled overnight, weekend and public-holiday patching activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, control gates and timelines for patching processes.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and transition activities into BAU operations.
• Prepare patch cycle closure records, SLA evidence and governance documentation.
• Identify improvements and work with Tooling, Data and Automation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational coordination of weekly accelerated patching cycles and urgent 3-day patching activities, ensuring readiness, cross-team hand-offs, escalation and closure.
• Oversee assigned patching cycles from scope confirmation, readiness and testing through deployment, production verification, reconciliation and closure.
• Maintain cycle plans, RACI, action trackers, decision timelines, approvals, dependencies, risks and escalation status.
• Coordinate patching readiness across Infrastructure, Network, Middleware, Application, Security, Service Recovery and Change Management teams.
• Track patch scope, CRQ readiness, approved risk acceptances/VRAs, deferments, exclusions, failed patches, rollback activities and validation evidence.
• Support scheduled overnight, weekend and public-holiday patching activities, including bridge coordination, incident escalation and effective handover to accountable decision owners.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, control gates, cut-off timelines, escalation paths, duty coverage and exception handling processes for weekly and urgent patching activities.
• Coordinate process walkthroughs, readiness reviews, dress rehearsals and transition activities to ensure successful handover into BAU operations.
• Prepare patch cycle closure records, SLA evidence and governance documentation, including support for KORI and KRCSA reporting requirements.
• Monitor recurring process, ownership and operational gaps, identify improvement opportunities and work with Tooling, Data and Automation teams to drive process enhancements.
