Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Limited is seeking a Patching Operations Process Specialist in Singapore. The role focuses on managing end-to-end accelerated and urgent patching across enterprise infrastructure, coordinating readiness, testing, deployment, validation and closure.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years in infrastructure operations, patch management and change governance, with strong Windows, Linux/Unix and middleware experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure operations, patch management, change coordination, service delivery or technology process governance.
• Strong experience coordinating enterprise infrastructure patching or production change activities.
• Hands-on knowledge of Open Systems environments including Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly accelerated patching and urgent 3-day patching cycles from scope confirmation through testing, deployment, live verification and closure.
• Coordinate patch cycles across multiple teams: GIS, Open Systems, Middleware, Network, Applications, Change Management.
• Track CRQ readiness, VRAs, deferments, exclusions, exceptions and rollback plans; ensure approvals and change controls are completed.
• Support 24x7 operational readiness including overnight, weekend and holiday patching windows and effective handovers.
• Define and improve SOPs, processes, gates and escalation paths for patching operations.
