Job summary

Quesscorp Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Patch Operations Coordinator to own the end-to-end coordination of weekly accelerated patching cycles and urgent 3-day patches within a complex enterprise environment. You will oversee scope, readiness, testing, deployment, production verification and closure, while maintaining SOPs, governance records and cross-team handovers.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Infrastructure, Security and Change teams and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating weekly patching cycles and urgent 3-day patches.
• Strong skills in patch management, IT service management, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate across Infrastructure, Network, Security and Applications teams.
• Experience maintaining SOPs, gates, timelines and escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of weekly accelerated patching cycles and urgent 3-day patches.
• Oversee patching cycles from scope confirmation through deployment and closure.
• Maintain cycle plans, RACI, action trackers, timelines, approvals and dependencies.
• Coordinate readiness across Infrastructure, Network, Middleware, Application, Security and Change teams.
• Track patch scope, CRQ readiness, risk acceptances, deferments, exclusions and rollbacks.
• Support overnight, weekend and public-holiday patching with bridge and escalation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, control gates, cut-offs and escalation paths.
• Coordinate process walkthroughs, readiness reviews and dress rehearsals.
• Prepare patch cycle closure records and governance documentation.
• Monitor recurring gaps and drive improvements with Tooling/Data/Automation teams.
