Job summary

The Cake Factory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support operations at our office and central kitchen. You will assist in managing customer orders and help grow our base for cakes and pastries.

Key duties include handling inquiries, preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining records, and coordinating with kitchen/logistics to ensure timely deliveries. We welcome both experienced and entry-level candidates to apply.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Sales-driven with a proactive and organized work style.
• Comfortable with face-to-face client meetings and product discussions.
• Able to work a minimum of 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and orders via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support account management for existing clients and help develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand pastry sales to hotels and businesses.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities through networking and cold leads.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with existing customers to increase satisfaction and sales.
• Collaborate with management to create promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Prepare and present sales materials to existing and potential clients.
