Job summary

The Cake Factory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support operations at our office and central kitchen, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and helping grow pastry sales with hotels and businesses.

You will coordinate with kitchen and logistics, maintain customer records, contribute to promotions, and conduct client meetings to drive new opportunities. A 5.5-day week and a competitive monthly pay with a commission package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude and interest in pastry or food industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Sales-driven with a proactive and organised work style.
• Able to meet clients face-to-face and discuss products.
• Willing to work a minimum of 5.5 days per week.
• Open to both experienced and entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and orders via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Coordinate with kitchen and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Meet with chefs, F&B managers, and clients for product presentations.
