As a Partnership Development Analyst

As a Partnership Development Analyst, you will serve as a crucial bridge between internal teams and external resources. Through effective communication and collaboration, you will acquire high-quality external resources and industry information to support the company's business needs. Your work will focus on resource development, resource implementation, and resource enhancement, ensuring the success of collaboration projects, driving overall operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently identify and acquire high-quality external resources, establish, and maintain a high-productivity supplier base.
• Strengthen supplier development according business needs such as SFT, RM, Eval, Multimodal, Agentic Workflow etc., ensure effective negotiations and signing of feasible commercial terms to maximize outsourcing benefits.
• Organize and develop internal project support processes, ensuring efficient response and smooth implementation of various project demands.
• Create a regular external resource and industry research mechanism, generating quarterly and annual reports to provide timely market insights and continually bring in the latest industry insights and best practices for the internal Ops team.
• Through market research and data analysis, identify and deepen collaborations with key suppliers, fostering closer and more coordinated relationships to achieve optimized total operating costs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, fast learning ability and passionate about model training. Have at least 2 years working experience.
• Independent analytical and communication skills, able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources to drive project success.
• Excellent in summarizing and organizing processes, capable of making supplier development plans and collaboration strategies.
• High proficiency in English. Chinese proficiency is also needed for cross team communication with Chinese operations and research teams in daily market research, data analysis, project management, and partnership negotiation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in project management, with practical experience in data production ops is preferred.
• Strong market sensitivity and research ability, quickly grasping industry dynamics and proposing targeted improvement solutions.
