Qualifications

• Degree in data-related field; internship or project experience in data operations or AI data preferred.
• Comfort with English as daily working language and overseas collaboration.
• Hands-on use of SQL/Excel and common data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate model training needs into clear annotation, production, and delivery tasks.
• Coordinate capacity, workforce, timelines, and costs for scalable delivery.
• Define data production standards, workflows, and quality rules.
• Track issues and bottlenecks; drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Use SQL, Excel, dashboards, and AI tools to support analysis and decision-making.
• Align data standards with product, algorithm, business, and quality teams.
