Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to optimize vendor delivery through data-driven insights and governance across global operations. You will partner with business teams and external vendors to monitor performance, diagnose gaps, and implement action plans that drive quality and efficiency.

You will build dashboards, perform regular reviews, and translate data into practical recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in vendor management analysis, partner operations, business operations, performance analysis, or similar analytical operations role.
• Strong SQL skills to extract, clean, join, and analyze data independently.
• Experience building dashboards or automated reporting using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, or Excel.
• Proven experience in performance analysis, including metric monitoring and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance dashboards, reporting views, and recurring analyses to track vendor delivery across quality, productivity, SLA, cost, risk, and health metrics.
• Use SQL and analytics tools to investigate performance trends and translate findings into business insights.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, highlight risks and opportunities, and propose action plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure analytics support decision-making.
• Coordinate with vendor managers, operations, procurement, and finance to improve service delivery and governance.
• Develop structured performance improvement plans with ownership and follow-up mechanisms.
• Evaluate vendor capability and risk, supporting governance and regional strategies.
