Job summary

TikTok seeks an AI Project Management Leader for AI Data Service Operations (Safety Model Operations) to oversee the full lifecycle of safety model data production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in product operations, strategy operations, product management, data operations, AI operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience leading cross-functional delivery.
• Strong experience in full-cycle project management and process design/standardization.
• High business acumen and ability to measure value based on outcomes.
• Solid data analysis skills with SQL and Excel for insights and retrospectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the team to plan, implement, and deliver the full lifecycle of safety model data production.
• Develop and optimize strategies and project plans; drive measurable business outcomes and data/model performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Algorithm, and Data Science teams to address pain points and deliver high-standard solutions.
• Lead AI-related projects such as model performance optimization and evaluation system development.
• Consolidate best practices and continuously improve processes and quality standards for efficiency.
• Manage and develop the operations team with clear goals, coaching, and accountability.
