Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a proactive operations professional to oversee end-to-end partner processes, onboarding, and enablement in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, compliant operations and a best-in-class partner experience. A data-driven mindset and ownership of improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or PRM platforms to manage data and processes.
• Ability to work across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Strong operational discipline with attention to detail.
• Data-driven problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Proactive ownership and execution mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Partner-centric approach to delivering seamless operations.
• Experience in technology or SaaS company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end partner operational processes, onboarding, enablement, deal support, and ongoing activities.
• Serve as primary operational contact for partner inquiries and escalations while ensuring compliance.
• Maintain reseller account setup and data integrity across systems.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement scalable improvements, and lead automation initiatives.
• Develop and improve SOPs, documentation, training, and knowledge resources.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partner Management, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance partner operating model and governance.
