Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven professional to own the team’s recurring data cadence, extract and publish performance data that leadership relies on to track progress against targets.

You will monitor partner and vertical performance, surface gaps and risks with a clear root-cause view, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business development and partnership stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Partnership Operations, or Business Operations within the technology, SaaS, or digital advertising sectors.
• Experience analyzing large volumes of data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations and defend that view with stakeholders.
• Own recurring reporting from data extraction to published output; familiarity with internal reporting tooling can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Own the team’s recurring data cadence, extracting, validating, and publishing performance data for leadership.
• Monitor partner and vertical performance against goals, surface gaps and risks with root-cause analysis.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support performance initiatives and translate data into recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Track global partnerships programs across verticals, building reports to make performance legible to leadership.
• Support budgeting and resource allocation for the Product Partnerships team with Finance to refine SOPs.
• Support partner lifecycle operations end to end with business development on onboarding feasibility and tracking.
