Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP platforms.
Experience working with Sales, Partners, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
Ability to create scalable processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end partner operational processes including onboarding and deal support.
Serve as primary operational contact for partner inquiries and escalations.
Maintain reseller account setup and data integrity across systems.
Identify inefficiencies and lead automation and system enhancements.
Develop and improve SOPs, documentation, and training materials.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics; propose data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with Sales, Partner Management, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Success.
