Marketing Communications (Marcom) is the creatively‑led global team that oversees Apple’s consumer facing marketing. We ensure the flawless development and execution of world‑class communications across all medias and platforms. Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences.
This role is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners, whilst upholding the integrity of the Apple brand. Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.
Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. Synthesize findings into insights to drive optimization of future advertising, digital and in‑store efforts, internally and externally with partners.
Work with Global (Geo) Partner Communications teams globally to identify and develop partner strategies and communication plans, including advertising, digital channels and the partner’s owned marketing channels in‑store and online.
Develop and drive global processes, across Apple products and services, to improve the quality and effectiveness of the partner work as well as the efficiency of the path to get there.
Collaborate extensively across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers, Retailers, Banks, SMB’s and Enterprise Resellers, Media Content Providers and more.
Inspire and contribute to the large global network of Geo Partner Communications Managers, sharing standard processes, findings and case studies to.
Business travel required up to 35% time.
