Position: Fashion Retail Assistant (Part-Time)

Your Mission

As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of Swapaholic on the ground—delivering amazing customer experiences, telling stories through creative content, and helping us grow a greener fashion future.

What You’ll Do

• 🛍 Customer Experience – Greet, guide & delight customers with warm, planet-positive service
• 📸 Content Creation – Snap and edit photos/videos under the direction of the marketing team
• 🧼 Store Operations – Keep the store clean, welcoming & well-organized
• 🧵 Visual Merchandising – Curate eye‑catching displays that bring preloved fashion to life
• 💻 Point of Sale – Operate our POS system for smooth and efficient transactions

What We’re Looking For

Retail experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll provide training!

Role Details

• 🗓️ Role Details – working hours: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break (scheduled between 10AM–10PM)
• 📅 Commitment – 7–10 days/month, with a minimum of 3 Saturdays & 3 Sundays
