Job summary

OUR WEST COAST FAMILY CLINIC PTE. LTD. invites applicants to join a fast-growing healthcare group and contribute to daily clinic operations. You will handle patient registration, medication dispensing, bookings, and basic admin tasks with a focus on service quality.

Requirements include a minimum GCE O level, customer service orientation, good IT skills, and willingness to learn. Mandarin/Malay skills are a plus for serving diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O level with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.
• Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.
• Diligent and willing to learn.
• Good IT proficiency required.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage to communicate with and dispense medications to Chinese and Malay speaking patients who are unable to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Registration of patients, temperature taking, weight taking and counter duties.
• Dispensing of medication and collection of payments.
• Perform COVID-19 / Influenza Swabs/ ECG.
• Assist in booking of appointments for patients for chronic disease and remind them of upcoming appointments.
• Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.
• Administrative tasks.

To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:

• Registration of patients, temperature taking, weight taking.
• Dispensing of medication and collection of payments
• Perform COVID-19 / Influenza Swabs/ ECG
• Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease and remind patients of their upcoming appointments
• Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.
• Administrative tasks

Working hours: Mon, Tue, Thu 8am-12pm; Mon 5.30pm-9pm; Sun 8am-1pm
