  • Prepare coffee and snacks for meetings.
  • Restock pantry items and cleaning supplies.
  • Pack event merchandise and wrap gifts.

  • Cleaning and maintaining good hygiene in the office
  • Storeroom and utility room organising
  • Preparing fruits for colleagues every Monday to Thursday, and distributing desserts every Friday
  • Helping and making sure that office is presentable all day and every day
  • Preparing for meetings with coffee and tea-break snacks if needed etc.
  • Re-stock pantry items and cleaning supplies for the office on weekly and monthly basis
  • Packing event merchandise and wrapping gifts for clients and staff on specific occasions
