Job summary

Qualifications

• Indonesian language proficiency to liaise with Indonesian-speaking distributors and partners.
• Japanese language proficiency to report and collaborate with Japanese-speaking HQ.
• Strong communication and coordination across sales, logistics and presales teams.
• Experience in overseas sales or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges in new overseas markets and propose solutions leveraging local insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners, including negotiations.
• Manage distributors to balance channel inventory and supply/demand.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for end-to-end operations.
• Analyze market trends, competitors and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Analyze sales data to improve planning and performance.
• Report progress and updates to Japan HQ in Japanese for alignment.
• Travel overseas for trade shows and industry events.
