Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. Electronics Division seeks an experienced B2B Sales & Marketing professional to drive relationships with semiconductor and electronics manufacturers across SEA, Oceania and South Asia.

You will lead go-to-market plans, coach junior colleagues, and travel within Southeast Asia to generate growth and insights for the head office. A Diploma or Degree in Business and 6–8 years in B2B sales with supervisory exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields.
• 6–8 years’ experience in B2B sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and business associates.
• Highly sales driven and motivated; self-motivated and a team player.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian market is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of materials to Semiconductor and Electronics manufacturers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and supervise account management teams.
• Develop and execute SEA region go-to-market plans based on market, customer, and competitive analysis.
• Network proactively at industry events; represent our portfolio and gather insights.
• Prepare monthly sales reports (actual, forecast, budget) for reporting to the head office.
• Coach and guide junior colleagues; willing to travel in Southeast Asia.
• Take initiative and be proactive in networking.
