Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Japanese-speaking B2B Sales Executive for HR development consulting based at Orchard. You will engage clients, hear HR development issues, and coordinate with trainers to deliver tailored programs.

The role requires strong project management, the ability to build trusted client relationships, and fluency in business Japanese to liaise with clients and our Japan HQ. Travel to SEA countries and Japan is expected.

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred.
Experience in HR development consulting, training program development, and leadership development is preferred.
Project management skills.
Ability to build trusting relationships with existing clients.
Business level Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and HQ in Japan.
Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT.
Strong communication and problem-solving with stakeholders such as HR, top management, and HQ in Japan.
Multitasking ability.
Willingness to travel to SEA countries (Thailand) and Japan.

Responsibilities

Set up meetings with clients to hear about issues related to Human Resource development.
Prepare and present proposals to clients.
Coordinate and operate training programs for existing clients, including coordination between trainers and clients and on-day training support and project management.
Create training reports when required.
Coordinate with various training instructors and HR consultants.
