Qualifications

• Minimum GCE A level / Diploma or equivalent.
• Singaporean only.
• Training provided for call center skills.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Customer-focused, patient, and able to handle challenging conversations.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and CRM usage.

Responsabilités

• Handle outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to enquiries regarding products, services, policies, or accounts.
• Provide accurate information and guide respondents through troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors.
• Record all respondent interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow established workflows, scripts, and service standards.
• Maintain high levels of respondent satisfaction with a service-oriented approach.
• Perform follow-up calls to close cases or provide updates.
• Adhere to confidentiality, data protection, and company compliance standards.
