Job summary

GoodwillEntertainment Holding Limited is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to own the operations and business performance of an outlet within the HaveFun portfolio. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive daily operations, marketing initiatives, and customer experience.

You will lead the team, ensure service standards, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor KPIs, and report monthly performance, while upholding safety and compliance in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outlet/store management experience.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail preferred.
• Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotions.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Comfort with operational data and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of outlet business performance including revenue and profitability.
• Plan and execute outlet-level marketing initiatives.
• Lead, supervise, and develop outlet staff.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service standards.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze trends.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
