Job summary

NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. is hiring a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Singapore. You will lead frontline staff, ensure excellent customer service, and enforce company policies while achieving sales targets.

You will coordinate training, scheduling, and performance reviews, with emphasis on bilingual communication to assist English- and Chinese-speaking customers. Full-time position with retail hours.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day work activities of the employees to ensure proper coverage and plan and assign work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Ensure staff are trained and certified and have needed tools and equipment.
• Oversee daily outlet operations for efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfy customer needs.
• Ensure outlet compliance to hygiene, cleanliness and safety guidelines.
• Drive and exceed store targets and sales reporting.
• Lead and supervise frontline staff and conduct briefing sessions on procedures.
• Evaluate sales and performance of frontline staff.
• Ensure staff training in service delivery, sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Guide and train new staff for internal growth.
