Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Management Trainee to learn kitchen operations and frontline service across islandwide locations in Singapore. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Candidates should hold a degree in any field and be willing to undergo practical training in kitchen duties and customer service as part of the traineeship.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain high cleanliness standards around workstation and comply with health/sanitation regulations
• Prepare for opening and closing of shop
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory reporting
