Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated F&B Management Trainee to support kitchen and front-of-house operations across Islandwide Singapore. You will undergo training in kitchen duties and frontline service, learning recipes, quality standards, and health/sanitation practices.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays, and a readiness to adapt to a fast-paced quick-service concept. This programme offers hands-on exposure and growth within our F&B team.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field
• Willing to undergo training in kitchen duties & service crew
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop
• Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting
