Job summary

FEI SIONG FOOD MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated F&B Management Trainee to learn kitchen operations and front-line service across Islandwide Singapore. You will participate in hands-on training, food preparation, and service to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a degree in any field and are available to work on weekends and public holidays, with a strong interest in the F&B industry and readiness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field, eager to work in F&B industry.
• Shortlisted profiles will undergo training in kitchen duties and front-line service.
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and comply with health/sanitation regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures; assist with inventory reporting.

• 6 Work Days, 60 Hours Per Week | 1 Day Off on Weekday
• Location: Islandwide, Singapore

• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
• Preparation for opening and closing of shop
• Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting
